How to Cancel Apple Subscriptions — iCloud, Apple One, Apple TV+ and More

Apple charges for iCloud+, Apple One, Apple TV+, Apple Music, and any app whose subscription you agreed to in the App Store. Here is how to see all of them and cancel the ones you do not need — from one screen.

How to see all your Apple subscriptions

Apple consolidates every subscription billed through your Apple ID in one place:

ON IPHONE OR IPAD
Settings → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions
ON MAC
App Store → click your name (bottom left) → View Information → scroll to Subscriptions → Manage
ON THE WEB
Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID

How to cancel any Apple subscription

01Go to Settings → your name → Subscriptions
02You will see Active and Expired subscriptions
03Tap the subscription you want to cancel
04Tap Cancel Subscription at the bottom
05Confirm the cancellation

You keep access until the end of the billing period. Apple does not charge again after that.

How to cancel iCloud+ storage specifically

iCloud storage is managed separately from other subscriptions:

01Go to Settings → your name → iCloud
02Tap Manage Account Storage
03Tap Change Storage Plan
04Tap Downgrade Options
05Select the free 5GB plan to stop paying

If your iCloud storage is currently more than 5GB, you will need to delete files before you can downgrade. Otherwise the downgrade will fail.

How to cancel Apple One

Apple One bundles multiple services (Apple Music, Apple TV+, Apple Arcade, iCloud+). Cancelling it removes all of them at once.

01Settings → your name → Subscriptions
02Tap Apple One
03Tap Cancel Subscription

If you want to keep one Apple service (e.g. Apple TV+) but cancel the bundle, cancel Apple One first, then re-subscribe to just the service you want individually — it will likely be cheaper.

Frequently asked questions

Why can I not see a Cancel button on my Apple subscription?
If there is no Cancel button, the subscription was not purchased through Apple — it was purchased directly through the app or website. You need to cancel directly with that company.
Can I get a refund on an Apple subscription?
Apple does not guarantee refunds but you can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. Select the charge and click Request a Refund. Decisions are made case by case.
If I cancel Apple One, do I lose my iCloud storage immediately?
No. You keep all services until the end of the billing period. However, if your data exceeds 5GB when the plan ends, you will not be able to sync new data until you free up space or resubscribe.
Can I share Apple subscriptions with family?
Yes, with Family Sharing enabled, one Apple One Family plan covers up to 6 people. If others in your household use Apple services, this is worth calculating before cancelling.
